AI-ACCELERATED
INSIGHTSHOW is a qualitative research lab that turns human understanding into business strategy — for companies ready to innovate with confidence.
Hi. I'm Sergey Sarkisov, the researcher and strategist behind Insightshow.
I've worked with Google, Michelin, Nestlé Nespresso, Stellantis, TikTok and many others across Europe, the US and beyond. Before founding Insightshow, I led research programs at Kantar, working on brand strategy, innovation and customer understanding across sectors and markets.
We offer clients unique perspectives on their business, communicating them with precision, producing a sharper understanding of how to compete more effectively in their market.
Working fluently in French and English, we accompany clients, staying involved as thinking evolves, because the most useful insights rarely emerge in a single round.

APPROACH
We work with organisations that need to understand something they can't get from their data — before a launch, a repositioning, an entry into a new market, or when something isn't performing the way it should.
Insightshow combines precisely targeted human intelligence — consumers and experts, selected for exact relevance to each project — with AI-powered analysis adapted at every step. Different models, different tools, each chosen for what the specific research question demands.
The data comes from conversations and contexts that matter. The analysis moves fast, goes deep, and stays specific. The output is original, genuinely relevant, and shaped by human judgment at every stage.
WHERE WE ADD VALUE
01
Understand
What drives decisions — from consideration to adoption to loyalty — in B2C and B2B universes.
02
Map
Where experience creates friction, where opportunities emerge, and how to land value propositions where they resonate.
03
Anticipate
Where behaviours, expectations and markets are heading — capturing the emerging signal before it becomes obvious.

WHY INSIGHTSHOW
Moving fast and getting it wrong is the most expensive research you'll ever do.
The pressure to go faster is real. So is the temptation to hand more of the process to AI. Some of that makes complete sense. But some of it genuinely doesn't.
We deal with hard, complex problems — the kind where the answer isn't sitting somewhere waiting to be found. B2B customer journeys with industrial specifiers. Updated positioning for an international energy giant. UX research on a fintech product where the real friction lives in moments that weren't all pointed out in the discussion guide. On topics like these, if you hand the steering wheel to AI and move to the back seat, you stop seeing the road. You see what's passing on the side. That's not research. That's confirmation shopping.
What we've found is that AI changes everything around the conversation, not the conversation itself. Before fieldwork, it can tell you what's already known, sharpen your hypotheses, show you where you need depth versus where you can move fast. After, the right tools — ones we've selected for data security and incapable of inventing what isn't there — let you move fast without second-guessing the output.
If speed is the goal, there are faster options. If the goal is to not be wrong — reach out.
